January 26, 2024: St. Paul, KS 66771 The Marmaton Valley Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host St. Paul Indians to 21 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lebo for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Marmaton Valley will battle a Wolves team coming off a 0-0 non-league Olpe (Olpe, KS). The Wolves record now stands at 12-3.
The Indians (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Altoona-Midway (Buffalo, KS). The Jets come into the Three Rivers contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Altoona-Midway was routed by Pleasanton (Pleasanton, KS), 70-45, in a non-league contest.
