January 26, 2024: Tolland, CT 06084 The Tolland Eagles basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Plainville Blue Devils to 41 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Enfield for a Central Connecticut - East Patriot contest on Tuesday, January 30. Tolland will battle a Eagles team coming off a 67-49 non-league win over Berlin (Berlin, CT). The Eagles record now stands at 6-7.
The Blue Devils (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bristol Eastern (Bristol, CT). The Lancers come into the Central Connecticut - West Colonial contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Bristol Eastern prevailed over Hartford Public (Hartford, CT), 76-33, in a non-league contest.
