Iowa High School Basketball - St. Albert tops Atlantic
January 26, 2024: Council Bluffs, IA 51503 St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA), 58-38 in a league bout.
With the victory, St. Albert upgrades its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA) to play the Lynx in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Lynx come into the bout with a record of 7-7. Lincoln lost 71-49 in their recent league bout against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA)
Next up, the Trojans play the Red Oak Tigers (Red Oak, IA) in a Hawkeye Ten bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Atlantic will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 4-12 record after their 70-26 league loss to Clarinda (Clarinda, IA).
