Illinois High School Basketball - Hinsdale Central crushes Hinsdale South
January 27, 2022: Hinsdale, IL 60521 Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), 55-30 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hinsdale Central upgrades its record to 11-12 on the season. The Red Devils host Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL) to clash with the Trojans in a West Suburban - Silver bout on Friday, January 28. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 19-6. Downers Grove North lost 58-31 in their recent non-league bout against Naperville North (Naperville, IL)
Next up, the Hornets clash with the Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL) in a West Suburban - Gold bout, on Friday, January 28. Hinsdale South will attempt to upgrade on its 5-17 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 19-4 record after their 71-67 non-league loss to Maine South (Park Ridge, IL).
