Kentucky High School Basketball - Trigg County knocked off by Apollo
January 27, 2023: Owensboro, KY 42301 The Apollo Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Trigg County Wildcats to 53 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 1.
The Wildcats (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Carlisle County ran past Fulton City (Fulton, KY), 91-46, in a league contest.
