Missouri High School Basketball - Ruskin holds off Chrisman
January 27, 2023: Kansas City, MO 64134 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ruskin Golden Eagles (Kansas City, MO) and the visiting Chrisman Bears (Independence, MO), saw Ruskin's basketball squad hold off Chrisman by a tally of 53-49.
With the victory, Ruskin improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Kearney (Kearney, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a Freelance challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-12. Kearney lost 80-43 in their recent league challenge against North Kansas City (North Kansas City, MO)
Next up, the Bears confront the Grain Valley Eagles (Grain Valley, MO) in a Suburban - White challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Chrisman will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 69-51 non-league win over Kearney (Kearney, MO).
