Florida High School Basketball - North Fort Myers knocked off by Cypress Lake

The Cypress Lake Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting North Fort Myers Red Knights to 50 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Verot for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Cypress Lake will meet a Vikings team coming off a 40-38 non-league loss to Evangelical Christian (Fort Myers, FL). The Vikings record now stands at 2-19.

The Red Knights (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Venice (Venice, FL). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 11-10 record. In their last contest, Venice ran past IMG Academy Gray (Bradenton, FL), 65-48, in a non-league contest.
