January 27, 2023: Oak Ridge, NJ 07438 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Jefferson Township Falcons (Oak Ridge, NJ) and the visiting Delbarton Green Wave (Morristown, NJ), saw Jefferson Township's basketball squad hold off Delbarton by a tally of 58-51.
With the victory, Jefferson Township improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Mountain Lakes (Mountain Lakes, NJ) to confront the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 3-12. Mountain Lakes lost 62-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ)
Next up, the Green Wave confront the Morris Catholic Crusaders (Denville, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Delbarton will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record.
