Alaska High School Basketball - Grace Christian overwhelms Houston
January 27, 2023: Anchorage, AK 99516 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Grace Christian Grizzlies (Anchorage, AK) and the visiting Houston Hawks (Big Lake, AK), saw Grace Christian's basketball squad wallop Houston by a tally of 68-47.
With the victory, Grace Christian improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Seward (Seward, AK) to confront the Seahawks in a 3A Peninsula challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Seahawks come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Seward won 44-39 in their recent league challenge against Nikiski (Nikiski, AK)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Seward Seahawks (Seward, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 3. Houston will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
