Massachusetts High School Basketball - Norton can't hold off Norwood
January 27, 2023: Norwood, MA 02062 The Norwood Mustangs basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Norton Lancers to 51 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hopkinton for a contest on Tuesday, January 31. Norwood will battle a Hillers team coming off a 70-45 non-league win over Medway (Medway, MA). The Hillers record now stands at 10-2.
The Lancers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bellingham (Bellingham, MA). The Blackhawks enter the contest with a 3-4 record.
