Connecticut High School Basketball - Stafford crushes Canton
January 27, 2023: Stafford Springs, CT 06076 Stafford Bulldogs (Stafford Springs, CT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Canton Warriors (Canton, CT), 59-25 in a league bout.
With the win, Stafford improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host South Windsor (South Windsor, CT) to play the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-6. South Windsor won 63-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Tolland (Tolland, CT)
Next up, the Warriors play the Sports & Medical Sciences Academy Tigers (Hartford, CT) in a North Central Connecticut challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Canton will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record.
