Massachusetts High School Basketball - Chelmsford tops Lowell
January 27, 2023: Lowell, MA 01852 Chelmsford Lions (North Chelmsford, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lowell Red Raiders (Lowell, MA), 47-33 in a league bout.
With the victory, Chelmsford upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Dracut (Dracut, MA) to play the Middies in a Merrimack Valley - Small bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Middies come into the bout with a record of 7-4. Dracut lost 50-39 in their recent non-league bout against North Andover (North Andover, MA)
Next up, the Red Raiders play the Everett Crimson Tide (Everett, MA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Lowell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Crimson Tide come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 58-32 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, MA).
