New Hampshire High School Basketball - Pinkerton holds off Dover
January 27, 2023: Derry, NH 03038 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Pinkerton Astros (Derry, NH) and the visiting Dover Green Wave (Dover, NH), saw Pinkerton's basketball squad hold off Dover by a tally of 51-49.
With the victory, Pinkerton improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Astros host Londonderry (Londonderry, NH) to confront the Lancers in a Division I challenge on Monday, January 30. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 2-4.
Next up, the Green Wave confront the Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Monday, January 30. Dover will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 48-46 league win over Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH).
