The Manhattan Indians routed the visiting Valley Center Hornets basketball team by a final score of 56-28 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Hayden Wildcats (Topeka, KS) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 3. Manhattan will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 8-4 record after their 48-39 non-league win over Spring Hill (Spring Hill, KS).
