The Triton Cobras basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Medford Tigers to 28 in the Cobras non-league victory on Friday.

The Cobras now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Crescent for a AA Section 1 contest on Saturday, January 28. Triton will battle a Lancers team coming off a 64-41 league loss to Caledonia (Caledonia, MN). The Lancers record now stands at 10-3.

The Tigers (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Knights come into the AA Section 2 contest with a 16-1 record. In their last contest, Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial triumphed over Nicollet (Nicollet, MN), 60-33, in a non-league contest.
