Louisiana High School Basketball - Wossman tops North Webster
January 27, 2023: Springhill, LA 71075 Wossman Wildcats (Monroe, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA), 61-46 in a league bout.
With the victory, Wossman upgrades its record to 20-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Union Parish (Farmerville, LA) to play the Farmers in a 3A District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Farmers come into the bout with a record of 15-2. Union Parish won 56-51 in their recent league bout against Carroll (Monroe, LA)
Next up, the Knights play the Carroll Bulldogs (Monroe, LA) in a 3A District 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. North Webster will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 56-51 league loss to Union Parish (Farmerville, LA).
