In Friday's league match, the visiting Greenville Comets basketball team scored a decisive 68-41 triumph over the Southwestern Piasa Birds.

In their next game, the Comets meet the Carlinville Cavaliers (Carlinville, IL) in a match, on Tuesday, February 14. Greenville will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
