January 27, 2024: Kearny, NJ 07032 Kearny Kardinals (Kearny, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting American History Bald Eagles (Newark, NJ), 60-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Kearny upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Kardinals host Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 4-17. Lincoln lost 66-20 in their recent league bout against Union City (Union City, NJ)
Next up, the Bald Eagles play the Golda Och Academy (West Orange, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. American History will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The come into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 41-35 non-league loss to Nutley (Nutley, NJ).
