Missouri High School Basketball - Bishop LeBlond thwarts Richmond
January 27, 2024: St. Joseph, MO 64506 The Bishop LeBlond Eagles (St. Joseph, MO) basketball knocked off the visiting Richmond Spartans (Richmond, MO), 61-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (17-5) will now prepare for their test against East Buchanan (Gower, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, East Buchanan went down by Lafayette County (Higginsville, MO), 54-48, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette County for a Missouri River Valley - East test on Tuesday, January 30. Richmond will encounter a Huskers squad coming off a 54-48 non-league win over East Buchanan (Gower, MO). The Huskers record now stands at 17-1.
