January 27, 2024: Chicago Heights, IL 60411 The Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) basketball felled the host Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), 53-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Ramblers (20-5) will now prepare for their test against Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL). The Broncos go into the non-league test with a 8-15 record. In their last test, Montini Catholic thwarted Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL), 40-35, in a non-league test.
The Blazing Trojan now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Thornwood for a Southland test on Tuesday, January 30. Bloom will encounter a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 77-64 non-league loss to Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 11-12.
