Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Central Crossing Comets (Grove City, OH) and the visiting Mifflin Punchers (Columbus, OH), saw Central Crossing's basketball squad knock off Mifflin by a count of 60-43.

With the victory, Central Crossing upgrades its record to 5-12 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Logan (Logan, OH) to play the Chieftains in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a record of 2-15. Logan lost 43-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH)

Next up, the Punchers play the Whetstone Braves (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - North challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Mifflin will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record.
