The DSST: Conservatory Green Hornets basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Wheat Ridge Farmers to 56 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hornets now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host STEM School Highlands Ranch for a 4A/3A/2A Confluence contest on Monday, January 29. DSST: Conservatory Green will meet a Spartans team coming off a 55-37 league win over Aurora West College Prep Academy (Aurora, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 9-6.
The Farmers (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Peak to Peak (Lafayette, CO). The Pumas enter the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Peak to Peak was defeated by Jefferson Academy (Broomfield, CO), 50-44, in a league contest.
