The Louisiana School for the Deaf (Baton Rouge, LA) varsity basketball team lost Saturday's neutral tournament game against Florida School for the Deaf & Blind (St. Augustine, FL) by a score of 49-10.

The Florida School for the Deaf & Blind Dragons basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles to 10 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Dragons now sport a 2-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Johns Classical Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Florida School for the Deaf & Blind will meet a Lions team coming off a 66-32 non-league loss to Middleburg (Middleburg, FL). The Lions record now stands at 4-9.
The War Eagles (3-19) will now prepare for their contest against Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Christ Episcopal School was routed by Holden (Holden, LA), 56-21, in a league contest.
