January 27, 2024: Lakeland, FL 33813 Jordan Christian Prep Seahawks (Auburndale, FL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host George Jenkins Eagles (Lakeland, FL), 78-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Jordan Christian Prep upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Seahawks travel to Downey Christian (Orlando, FL) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Downey Christian won 84-68 in their recent league bout against Vine Christian Academy (Kissimmee, FL)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Ridge Community Bolts (Davenport, FL) in a 7A District 9 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. George Jenkins will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Bolts go into the bout with a 8-11 record after their 75-36 non-league win over Bayshore Christian (Tampa, FL).
