Georgia High School Basketball - Lake Oconee Academy crushes Georgia Military College
January 27, 2024: Greensboro, GA 30642 Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Georgia Military College Bulldogs (Milledgeville, GA), 54-23 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake Oconee Academy upgrades its record to 5-14 on the season. The Titans travel to Towns County (Hiawassee, GA) to clash with the Indians in a A D2 Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 15-4. Towns County won 49-34 in their recent league bout against Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA)
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Johnson County Trojans (Wrightsville, GA) in a A D2 Region 5 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Georgia Military College will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 65-51 non-league loss to Jefferson County (Louisville, GA).
