The Leigh Longhorns basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting More Knights to 59 in the Longhorns non-league victory on Saturday.

The Longhorns now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Grove for a Blossom Valley - Mt. Hamilton contest on Monday, January 29. Leigh will battle a Eagles team coming off a 44-26 league win over Independence (San Jose, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-9.

The Knights (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against El Primero (San Jose, CA). The Lobos come into the Private School - Central contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, El Primero dropped by North Valley Baptist (Santa Clara, CA), 60-46, in a league contest.
