Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Williamson fells Northern Potter
January 27, 2024: Ulysses, PA 16948 Williamson Warriors (Tioga, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Northern Potter Panthers (Ulysses, PA), 69-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Williamson upgrades its record to 1-9 on the season. The Warriors host Northeast Bradford (Rome, PA) to clash with the Panthers in a Northern Tier bout on Thursday, February 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Northeast Bradford won 44-41 in their recent league bout against Sayre (Sayre, PA)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Cowanesque Valley Indians (Westfield, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Northern Potter will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 65-60 league win over North Penn-Liberty (Liberty, PA).
