Florida High School Basketball - John Carroll Catholic can't hold off Benjamin
January 27, 2024: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 The Benjamin Buccaneers basketball team scored 31 points and restricted the visiting John Carroll Catholic Rams to 30 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to American Heritage for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Benjamin will battle a Stallions team coming off a 52-48 non-league loss to Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie, FL). The Stallions record now stands at 8-8.
The Rams (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against St. Edward's (Vero Beach, FL). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, St. Edward's edged Calvary Christian Academy (Port St. Lucie, FL), 51-25, in a non-league contest.
