Maine High School Basketball - Biddeford overwhelms Bonny Eagle
January 27, 2024: Standish, ME 04084 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) and the host Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME), saw Biddeford's basketball squad wallop Bonny Eagle by a tally of 48-23.
With the victory, Biddeford improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Massabesic (Waterboro, ME) to play the Mustangs in a AA South challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 2-12. Massabesic lost 59-34 in their recent league challenge against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME)
Next up, the Scots play the Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME) in a AA South challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Bonny Eagle will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 59-47 league win over Sanford (Sanford, ME).
