Ohio High School Basketball - New Bremen topped by Celina
January 27, 2024: Celina, OH 45822 The Celina Bulldogs basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting New Bremen Cardinals to 34 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ottawa-Glandorf for a Western Buckeye contest on Thursday, February 1. Celina will battle a Titans team coming off a 56-55 non-league loss to Central Catholic (Toledo, OH). The Titans record now stands at 16-2.
The Cardinals (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson Center (Jackson Center, OH). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Jackson Center prevailed over St. Henry (St. Henry, OH), 35-26, in a non-league contest.
