Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey - Mansfield knocks off Stoughton
January 27, 2024: Mansfield, MA 02048 Fans at Saturday's non-league game between the Mansfield Hornets (Mansfield, MA) and the visiting Stoughton Black Knights (Stoughton, MA), observed Mansfield's ice hockey squad defeat Stoughton by a tally of 5-0.
In their next game, the Hornets battle the Canton Bulldogs (Canton, MA) in a Hockomock League - Davenport game, on Tuesday, February 6. Mansfield will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record.
With the defeat, Stoughton moves to 4-9 on the season. The Black knights host Foxborough (Foxborough, MA) to battle the Warriors in a game on Monday, January 29. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 1-2. Foxborough won 5-0 in their recent league game against Attleboro (Attleboro, MA)
