January 27, 2024: Elma, NY 14059 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lewiston-Porter Lancers (Youngstown, NY) and the host Iroquois Chiefs (Elma, NY), saw Lewiston-Porter's basketball squad wallop Iroquois by a count of 71-43.
With the victory, Lewiston-Porter upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Lancers host Grand Island (Grand Island, NY) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Grand Island lost 63-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Lackawanna (Lackawanna, NY)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Lackawanna Steelers (Lackawanna, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. Iroquois will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
