North Carolina High School Basketball - Kinston ripped by New Hanover
January 27, 2024: Kinston, NC 28501 The New Hanover Wildcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Kinston Vikings to 25 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Topsail for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. New Hanover will battle a Pirates team coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 6-9.
The Vikings (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against East Duplin (Beulaville, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 8-6 record.
