Illinois High School Basketball - Mt. Pulaski nips Armstrong
January 27, 2025: Armstrong, IL 61812 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers basketball team scored a close 2-0 win over the Armstrong Trojans.
The Hilltoppers (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sangamon Valley/Tri-City (Niantic, IL). The Storm come into the non-league contest with a 2-18 record. In their last contest, Sangamon Valley/Tri-City was tipped by Litchfield (Litchfield, IL), 46-30, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the Schlarman Hilltoppers (Danville, IL) in a Vermilion Valley contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Armstrong will attempt to better on its 8-15 season record.
