Ohio High School Basketball - Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin overwhelms Geneva
January 27, 2025: Chardon, OH 44024 The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Geneva Eagles to 25 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.
The Lions now have a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Padua Franciscan for a Crown game on Wednesday, January 29. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will confront a Bruins team coming off a 57-42 non-league win over Keystone (La Grange, OH). The Bruins record now stands at 10-7.
With the loss, Geneva falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Eagles host Kirtland (Kirtland, OH) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 10-8. Kirtland lost 56-43 in their recent league game against Crestwood (Mantua, OH)
