New Mexico High School Basketball - Silver overwhelms Cobre
January 27, 2025: Bayard, NM 88023 The Silver Fighting Colts basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Cobre Indians to 17 in the Fighting Colts non-league triumph on Monday.
The Fighting Colts now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Socorro for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Silver will confront a Warriors team coming off a 56-24 non-league loss to Tularosa (Tularosa, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 0-6.
With the loss, Cobre falls to 0-2 on the campaign.
