Maryland High School Basketball - Mt. Hebron can't hold off River Hill
January 27, 2025: Ellicott City, MD 21042 River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD), 37-30 in a non-league match.
With the victory, River Hill advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Hawks travel to Dulaney (Timonium, MD) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. The Lions enter the match with a record of 0-1.
The Vikings now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Howard for a match on Friday, January 31.
