Virginia High School Basketball - Richmond Christian fells Denbigh Baptist Christian
January 27, 2025: Chesterfield, VA 23832 The Richmond Christian Warriors basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Denbigh Baptist Christian Minutemen to 48 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.
The Warriors now have a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to The Carmel School for a game on Friday, January 31. Richmond Christian will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 51-44 league loss to Grace Christian School (Mechanicsville, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-12.
With the loss, Denbigh Baptist Christian falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Minutemen host Oaktree Academy (Virginia Beach, VA) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 7-1. Oaktree Academy lost 59-36 in their recent non-league game against Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA)
