Washington High School Basketball - Prairie holds off Tumwater
January 27, 2025: Vancouver, WA 98662 The Prairie Falcons basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Tumwater Thunderbirds to 51 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Monday.
The Falcons now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Prairie will clash with a Timberwolves squad coming off a 50-40 non-league win over Evergreen (Vancouver, WA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 7-11.
The Thunderbirds (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Centralia (Centralia, WA). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 5-11 record. In their last outing, Centralia held off Aberdeen (Aberdeen, WA), 53-52, in a non-league outing.
