Deckerville Eagles (Deckerville, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host All Saints Central Cougars (Bay City, MI), 65-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Deckerville upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Eagles host Sandusky (Sandusky, MI) to play the Redskins in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 2. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 5-6.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Au Gres-Sims Wolverines (Au Gres, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. All Saints Central will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record.
