January 28, 2022: Providence, RI 02906 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI) and the visiting Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), saw Hope's basketball squad overcome Pilgrim by a tally of 73-57.
With the victory, Hope improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Blue Wave travel to Rogers (Newport, RI) to confront the Vikings in a Division 2 challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 9-3. Rogers won 75-54 in their recent league challenge against Cranston West (Cranston, RI)
Next up, the Patriots confront the Johnston Panthers (Johnston, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. Pilgrim will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 65-48 league win over North Providence (North Providence, RI).
