January 28, 2022: Oregon, IL 61061 Rock Falls Rockets (Rock Falls, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Oregon Hawks (Oregon, IL), 55-23 in a league bout.
With the victory, Rock Falls upgrades its record to 10-12 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Princeton (Princeton, IL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 29. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 12-8. Princeton won 73-51 in their recent league bout against Hall (Spring Valley, IL)
Next up, the Hawks play the Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 29. Oregon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Blue Thunder come into the bout with a 10-12 record after their 62-47 league win over Freeport (Freeport, IL).
