New Hampshire High School Basketball - Pembroke falls to Souhegan
January 28, 2022: Amherst, NH 03031 In Friday's league match, the host Souhegan Sabers basketball team scored a good 51-39 triumph over the Pembroke Spartans.
In their next game, the Sabers meet the Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers (Hollis, NH) in a Division II match, on Monday, January 31. Souhegan will attempt to better on its 14-2 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 1-12 record after their 62-45 league win over Stark (Weare, NH).
With the defeat, Pembroke moves to 9-4 on the year. The Spartans host Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH) to meet the Knights in a Division II match on Monday, January 31. The Knights enter the match with a record of 6-5. Kingswood lost 46-43 in their recent league match against Bishop Brady (Concord, NH)
