Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Montrose overwhelms Blue Ridge
January 28, 2022: Montrose, PA 18801 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Montrose Meteors (Montrose, PA) and the visiting Blue Ridge Raiders (New Milford, PA), saw Montrose's basketball squad wallop Blue Ridge by a tally of 58-20.
With the victory, Montrose improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Meteors travel to Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 29. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Holy Cross won 49-28 in their recent league challenge against Mid Valley (Throop, PA)
Next up, the Raiders play the Susquehanna Sabers (Susquehanna, PA) in a Lackawanna 4 challenge, on Friday, February 11. Blue Ridge will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record.
