The McLean County Cougars basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Muhlenberg County to 38 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Daviess County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 1.

The (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Henderson County (Henderson, KY). The Colonels enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record.
