January 28, 2023: Shawnee Mission, KS 66207 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Shawnee Mission South Raiders (Shawnee Mission, KS) and the visiting Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE), saw Shawnee Mission South's basketball squad wallop Burke by a count of 56-27.
With the victory, Shawnee Mission South upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Raiders host Olathe North (Olathe, KS) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Olathe North lost 55-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Blue Valley West (Stilwell, KS)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Friday, February 3. Burke will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record.
