In Saturday's non-league outing, the Sickles Gryphons (Tampa, FL) basketball squad nipped the host Lake Wales Highlanders (Lake Wales, FL), by a margin of 52-46.

The Gryphons (7-16) will now prepare for their outing against Riverview (Riverview, FL). The Sharks go into the non-league outing with a 6-14 record. In their last outing, Riverview was tipped by Leto (Tampa, FL), 67-38, in a non-league outing.
