New Jersey High School Basketball - Overbrook tops Lenape
January 28, 2023: Pine Hill, NJ 08021 Overbrook Rams (Pine Hill, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lenape Indians (Medford, NJ), 43-32 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Overbrook upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Rams host Glassboro (Glassboro, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a Tri-County - Diamond bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 6-7. Glassboro won 64-53 in their recent non-league bout against Salem (Salem, NJ)
Next up, the Indians play the Cherry Hill East Cougars (Cherry Hill, NJ) in a Freelance bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Lenape will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 10-8 record after their 50-28 non-league win over Pennsauken Tech (Pennsauken, NJ).
