New Jersey High School Basketball - Peddie fells Mercersburg Academy
January 28, 2023: Hightstown, NJ 08520 Peddie Falcons (Hightstown, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm (Mercersburg, PA), 80-64 in a league bout.
With the win, Peddie upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Falcons travel to Roselle Catholic (Roselle, NJ) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Roselle Catholic won 78-67 in their recent non-league bout against Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ)
Next up, the Blue Storm play the Scotland Campus Knights (Scotland, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Mercersburg Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 83-70 non-league win over Shabach Christian Academy Gold/Navy (Landover, MD).
