Illinois High School Basketball - St. Charles North topped by North Lawndale
January 28, 2023: St. Charles, IL 60175 The North Lawndale Phoenix basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host St. Charles North North Stars to 51 in the Phoenix non-league victory on Saturday.
The Phoenix now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lane Tech for a Chicago Public - Red Northwest contest on Monday, January 30. North Lawndale will battle a Lane Tech team coming off a 63-43 non-league loss to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL). The Lane Tech record now stands at 8-12.
The North Stars (5-18) will now prepare for their contest against Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Vikings come into the DuKane contest with a 20-4 record. In their last contest, Geneva prevailed over Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL), 52-30, in a non-league contest.
